something in window "All buildings under construction" is wrong:

- IF there 1 building (in my case- Fortress [5]), - window is EMPTY ( *hihi*

!!);
- IF there more buildings, - all correct;
- IF these next buildings are completed, above buttons "Start exploitation" text div style="text-align:center"> appears ... *gamer*
