This is a special day in my country, called
Bolludagur.
Then we eat alot of
bollur. I think its called
bun in english.
Some people make their own bollur but most people buy it in next bakery.
There are mainly 2 types of bollur, either made by yeast or choux pastry. Many people argue which is better.
Bollur comes with cream and jam or marmalade and chocolate on the top.
Also the best way to eat bollur/bun is with hands.
It can become quite messy.
No knife or fork, that´s just for loosers.
