I can not log in realm 4

What the hell is happens with the maintenance? At the hour you have announced the retaking of attacks in realm 4 the system doesn t recognize either my name or my password. Tell me that one of these is incorrect. How it is possible, I played for 3 years and I know my password. Also, I can not recover the account, and e-mail tells me isn t  correct.
