my acount is locked?

i tried to enter my beloved kingdom  which i worked so hard for
and for my astonishment i was ruled out for braking the games rules
what gives??
this is very upsetting
i dont remember doing anything illigel
or may be its a rivels way to distroy me?

i have been playing this game for a week  or two
so im to new to  know about any rules
even thow to weeks of investing time and thought in this game is a quite a lot to spontaniusly rule out a guy
if its a mistake of some sort i appologize in advence for blaming anybody
but i need an explanation.i think anyone whos acount is locked needs an explanation even without sending an email
