I just purchased a Knight pack for 5,99 euros and received 15300 diamonds (Google Play Order Receipt received 09-Sep-2017 14:34:55 CEST). I then purchased 3 mins later the General Pack for 11,99 euros with 20% (instead of 30600 with 20% it's 36720). While confirming payment i received an error wifi and never received the diamonds. I did receive a Google Play Order Receipt received 09-Sep-2017 14:37:19 CEST. Order number: GPA.3315-1878-8843-02333. When i click on purchase the same general pack with 20% it says : You already have this item. Which i never received. I've cleared the cache and restarted the game but still never received the diamonds. What should i do? Make a reclamation from Google Play or wait. Realm V6.326 Profile name = Owenski Any help would be great before i request a refund from google play.
