1. This happened when the server was down and I would like to have my troops returned !!!
2. HOW CAN 2 ATTACKs happen at 1:04 ? Cheating unless proven otherwise ?
3. I can understand no ATTACKS until the problem is solved BUT let us do an evasion so when the problem is solved we may have out troops on evasion, better yet put everyone's troops on evasion for  (?) hours if they check a box.
4. You not get any diamonds or friends for this outage.

1.We can't see the battle here.
2. If the attacker has more army he can send even much than 1 attack and come exactly in 1:4 as you say.
3. If he pillaged you with 2 attacks in one time and 1 province - it's problem.
If you want leave your nickname and the admins will check.  

He did a siege both times on the same province ? My nickname is in the battle report ?

I think there isn't problem if somebody send 2 attacks and attack you in the same time, but maybe it will be better admins to see . I know the rules for version  5 and i don't have knowedge for v6  *freak*
(admins are with blue color and text community manager, I'm not)

These 3 attacks didn't hit your empire in the same second:
1st attack - arrived at 00:43:51
2nd - 01:04:19
3rd - 01:24:49
The problem with the server you mentioned hasn't started during the period of these attacks.
