Title: Important gameplay changes in NI, Era 2!

The following gameplay changes will be implemented in NI, Era 2:

- Maximum player lives - 15. Every battle lost costs 1 life. (so if a wave has 4 attacks, you could lose 4 lives). If the player loses all his 15 livers, his account will be lock down and he is out of the competition.
 - The attacks will be conducted every 26 hours.
 - For each successful defense each player will receive war income. This income will increase by a coefficient for consecutive successful defenses.
 - Market prices will be fixed by their base equivalent and will not change during the whole Era.
 - Attacking armies' strength coefficient also changes:
1st to 10th place - 2 times stronger army than base
11th to 20th place 1,8 times stronger army
21st to 30th place - 1,6 times stronger army
31st to 40th place - 1,4 times stronger army
41st to 50th place - 1,2 times stronger army
 - Attack types will not take turns.
